Debra's background
Shuey, a native of Huron County, Michigan moved to Southwest Florida in 1968 as a child with her family to the waterfront wonderland of Cape Coral. Back then, it was just a newly forming community with few residents and very little commercial real estate. She saw during this time how the area grew and is optimistic that the commercial market in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties will return to its once strong existence. “This area is a coastal paradise and will continue to be a principal retirement area, one in which the commercial market supports,” said Shuey.
