Annette has over 25 years of experience in land use, development, planning, real estate and governmental relations. Relocating to Southwest Florida in 2003, Annette served as the Planning Director for the City of Cape Coral for two years before starting her own company, AMB Planning Consultants Inc in 2006. Since that time she has successfully represented property owners, investors and developers in obtaining approvals of major development projects and increased development rights before elected boards in SW Florida. The clientele developed through the AMB Planning Consultants relationship have naturally become Annette’s real estate clients, both as Buyers and Sellers. She is able to work with clients in realizing the best and highest use of a property and translate that into asset value and sales.
